Refund Policy

  • Registration: To access the Webinar, you must register through the provided registration page. After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary details, including a link to the Webinar.
  • Payment: If the Webinar is a paid event, payment must be made in full prior to the event in order to secure your spot. We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, etc. Payment confirms your participation and grants you access to the Webinar.
  • Refund Policy:
    • If you cancel your registration at least 2 days before the event, you are entitled to a full refund. We will initiate the refund within 4-7 business days.
    • Cancellations made within days of the Webinar will not be refunded, except in special circumstances (such as medical emergencies or personal issues).
    • If the Webinar is canceled by SwasthaJiyo Wellness, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Termination or Modification of the Webinar

  • Right to Modify or Cancel: SwasthaJiyo Wellness reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Webinar. If canceled, registered participants will be notified, and a refund will be issued if applicable.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters), we will do our best to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
